EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION OF DISCHARGE SEDIMENT MODEL AT INCIPIENT MOTION
DOI:

Preliminary study on gravel sedimentation was conducted in a recirculating flume. A 5308' V-notch was used in the experiment. This paper describes the results obtained by this flow-measuring device and compares it with that of the incorporated flow meter of the flume. The results showed only minimal deviations from the measured values. Also for the flow over gravel floors a formula was established relating discharge at incipient motion to the size of the gravel.
